We were very pleased with Bekins packing and moving. Vince gave us our estimate and got back to us in a timely manner. Rudy and AJ did an excellent job of packing everything with great care! We loved Rudy’s sense of humor! Oscar and Marcus did a wonderful job of loading up all of our furniture with their terrific team. Everything arrived safely! The crew that boxed up our furniture and fragile items were first rate. They cared about our things because we cared about them. Driver kept us informed as to the delivery date and time. Move in crew was just as professional. I'm not saying I'd like to move again, but if I did I'd make the same choice in movers.

Bekins underestimated our move by 20% which ended up costing me more money. Not only that, they did not tell me that my load could be split in two (for an interstate move), costing me additional money in having to take an additional day of work off. They broke the mirrors on my motorcycle and broke a leg off of a chair. I would give only 1 star, but the guys that loaded us onto the truck were very nice and worked their butts off. I would use another moving company if I were you.
