Muscular Moving Men

Worth every penny. They were a bit more expensive than some other quotes I got, but were highly recommended. I'll be completely honest, they treated my things better than I would have if I had moved myself. Crew was extremely friendly and helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

(Sorry about the long review - Just wanted to capture everything) I chose muscular moving men for an interstate move recently (AZ to TX) and I had a mixed experience. I found the initial phone calls and fixing the date for the move very smooth. They were constantly in touch, sent someone to look at the things I have and provided me an estimate. I went with them even though the estimate was a bit higher than other estimates I got because MMM had good reviews. On the date of the move, 3 guys came over moved things quickly without any hassle and they were very methodical. They made an inventory list, put a number tag on everything, wrapped all furniture very professionally. I started facing all the problems at the time they were unloading things at my new home. Parts were missing, the driver of the truck was also the mover(He was very unprofessional, rude and asked me to assemble the bed myself. Casually made a comment - "Oh yeah there were some of your stuff in the warehouse, I totally missed them"). They did not send any specialized movers. Parts of my bed-frame were missing (still is), table top glass parts were missing, light bulbs gone and they did not have the inventory list with them while unloading(totally defeats the purpose of making a list in the first place). I made repeated calls but they did not seem to be as responsive as they were before I paid the full amount. Overall, the first part of the move was flawless and the second part completely contrasting. I frankly expected better service and needless to say a bit disappointed.

My movers were quick and efficient! The 4 hour move was done in 2.75hrs! They took apart the 2 bed frames and reassembled and I trusted they had it handled. And they did! Great work, great company. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them if ever asked for moving company recommendations.

I am so pleased with the efficiency of this moving company. Every step in the moving process, from estimate, movers, and quality assurance rep, was excellent. The crew was so quick, and under the estimated time, we saved a few hundred off our quote! They were careful, polite, and as I mentioned, incredibly efficient! Highly reccomend!

I used muscular man moving in January 2018 For a local 12 mile move.I was given one price over at the phone but when they got there I was told we needed to make an adjustment of $200. A couple of hours later another price adjustment of $200. Several hours into the move the crew seemed to be waiting for help to arrive. To get things moving my wife and I stacked all of our boxes on the driveway next to the truck. When we finally completed I was given a bill that was 2X the original price. We went from $800 to $1600 at completion. I was told I would be given a call the next morning for a price concession discussion Which never happened. I called the company numerous times in just got the run around. Buyer beware When you are up against realestate deadlines and halfway into a move it is easy to leverage price increases. This company does not seem to know how to do a bid correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone
