Joan and her agency is by far the best costumer service I have ever received in the insurance industry. They always knew who I was when I called. I have referred many friends here and they ended up switching over. The rates are very competitive and you have a personal agent working with you. Highly recommended, give them a call!

Had great customer service and follow up from both Dave and Joan following an accident which was not my fault. Many calls, checkups, consultations with the adjuster and digging deeper to find out what exactly was going on with the other driver's adjuster managed to relieve my anxiety and lead toward a good outcome. Excellent service from this agency

The best and most proactive customer support and service! I already miss doing business with Joan Gardner agency. Too bad car and home insurance can't cross state lines, because I would stay. Karen always did what she said she would do and when she said she would do it. This agency even called my HOA to make sure I had the right and best coverage. Thank you Karen and Joan.
