There rude always questioning you and saying they can’t do anything about it, then when you tell them your done and going to cancel they get moving and things are able to be done yet they still expect you do do half of the foot work and still pay them.....

Not in good hands, I have called Allstate now everyday this week. Left messages, expressed the need for urgency. Allstate has not once returned my phone calls and I get the feeling they seem to be not too concerned.
