The customer service was direct but comfortable. Questions were answered clearly and the options for additional considerations presented with a format to learn. Sales pitches were at a minimum. The office staff looked forward to helping in any way possible to ensure our insurance coverage needs were developed to our satisfaction. The time spent with the staff provided a very satisfactory experience.

I could that Cindy’s Registration has a quick and convenience system. I enjoy (love) going with her and renewing my registration or registering a vehicle. It’s like a 10 min stop the most. I recommend her for any of your DMV services. If you don’t want to be waiting for long hours or more than 10 min, she would be the person you want to go to.

The local agent and office staff are courteous and helpful. The correspondence from the main office in Northbrook, Illinois, however can be lacking information and disconcerting. As a customer for over 20 years, the main office sent a letter of nonrenewal without an explanation. The local office took care of the problem.
