State Farm: Ruth Ramos

Very friendly people working there. They went above and beyond in helping me with my policy, something that i hadn't experienced at my previous insurance company. Very helpful when answering questions. It shows that they really care about their clients.

I have been working with Ruth Ramos for about a year now and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service she provides to me. She is responsive to my requests and always provides me with the information I need. She actually exceeds my expectations. Yesterday I asked her for a certificate I could send to my customer about my liability insurance and when I provided the information for them to her, she took the extra initiative and faxed the certificate directly to my customer, saving me time and hassle (sometimes doing simple things like that can be hard for a small business). She basically has become part of my team and I really appreciate that.
