5+ STARS:  I would highly recommend Bryan at Doug Crawford Insurance in Ojai, CA. (USA). When I lived there, they handled my car insurance and offered reasonable rates. Now that I am married and living in Berlin (Germany)... well I needed their advice because my BMW is still in California. Brian is and has been extremely helpful, fully knowledgeable, very efficient, professional and timely in his responses.
