Top-notch service and found great rates for all my insurance needs. I was tired of trying to find insurance myself and not knowing whether or not I had adequate coverage. I highly recommend!

I have to say Peaks Insurance does an outstanding job in customer service, especially Patty Wiborg. We have had this insurance company for a while now and I can honestly say no one comes anywhere close to what Patty does for us. She goes out of her way to make sure we are up to date with everything and always checks up to see if we need anymore help. Thank you Patty we appreciate all the help!

I have been doing business with the team at John E. Peaks Insurance Agency for 20 years, that, in and of itself, speaks volumes! They are a very effective and efficient group and they are always looking out for my families best interest. I am comforted by the manner in which they have continually contact me over the years to review my policies and ensure that they are still a good fit for my current situation. The communication skills they employ are excellent and everyone I have ever dealt with has been quick in knowledge, answers to questions, and providing copies of declaration pages, policies, whatever need I may have. I have been extremely fortunate in that I have never had to file a claim (knock on wood!) on any of my policies, but if the situation arose I would be confident knowing the John E. Peaks Insurance Agency Team was standing behind me!!

In the summer of 2012 I made a random Web request regarding car insurance. Chad Peakes called me within an hour and he has been incredibly helpful ever since. I think he spent hours with me going over insurance for 3 cars, 2 rental properties, renter's insurance, earthquake insurance and an umbrella policy. Then I backed out and stayed with Farmers. Fast forward to spring 2013 and I am finally giving Chad all of my business. He retrieved all the records from our conversation 8 months ago like it was yesterday. He obtained my information and had three of the policies ready to go within an hour or so. The only delay in the other policies was because I didn't have my information with me. I'm really looking forward to an ongoing relationship with this agency.

I found Peakes randomly in the yellow pages about 10 years ago. Since then, I've had nothing but good things to say about them. Eva always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I'm taken care of quickly and at the best price available. She's always been polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. I'd recommend them to anyone.
