I dont live in the area and i do have a few americas best where i do live that being said i come here for the service from the staff the selection and no high pressure upsales

Got my most recent set of glasses here and the staff was wonderful in helping me pick out glasses that were my style and looked good. The doctor I saw was really nice and patient with me and so were the ladies. I'm dyslexic and had misunderstood the advertising on TV and online and they didn't get angry with my frustrated freak out. One thing that did put a dent in my time there is that the woman helping with my glasses kept trying to break down all the pricing and it was overwhelming me to the point I had to call my dad in to help, I had never bought my own glasses before then. Being in shock that my eyesight is as bad as it is and finding out that our former eyecare centers never informed me or my mother that I had high index lenses, the over explaining was a bit much. I'll probably come here again for my next set now that I know what's going on!

I LOVE the service and the staff. They are all professional and polite. They know their business. Those who complain can always take their glasses back and make another selection because this is part of their great customer service. They want every customer to be a happy customer.

Horrible service! That thing at the receptionist desk needs to be removed. She was rude when I first walked in and was very passive aggressive. Never again will I go there.

Sue and her Team are AWESOME! Top Notch Customer Service and they ALWAYS go the extra mile! 6 Stars, if possible!
