America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This was my first time ever having to buy glasses for myself. I went to Iowa Eyecare, which the exam and my doctor were great. However the people who sell glasses to people there lost my business to America's Best because they LIED to me about what my insurance covered. Plus America's Best was a lot more affordable, had a better selection of safety glass frames, and the service was great considering how busy they were. The staff was great, very helpful. I will definitely be back to buy more pairs of glasses!

My fiance and I walked in there perscriptions in hand, we were barely even said hi to when we walked in the place. No one helped us at all. I found a pair of frames I liked. Walked around with them in hand while my fiance was looking for a pair for himself. This gentlemen walked in 10 minutes after us and was helped immediately. When the gentleman that was working lost the girl be was hitting on cuz she got called back for an exam, instead of helping the two people who have been walking around for 20 minuted at this point, he went and sat next to a co-worker to talk about how "Samantha" didnt look like a "samantha" rather than helping the two people who have been waiting. They continue to talked amongst one another and not help us. Needless to way we walked out with no help and no glasses. Thank you for wasting my time. Needless to say I am walking into target opical as we speak hoping for begger service.

Excellent, professional service from everyone in the store. A nice selection of frames, all at extremely reasonable prices. My glasses broke 6 months after purchasing them, due to my own fault of attempting to adjust them myself too many times. They offered to order a new pair of frames, which might take up to 2 weeks, leaving me without glasses for that period, or to replace them immediately with a display frame in the store. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Hard to find this level of service anywhere!

The employees are kind well mannared very considerate and helpfull Goimg to highly recommend...AMERICA'S BEST..TO....my friends and family.. Thank you for helping an old lady see again
