America's Best Wings(White Oak)

I have recently changed my review process so keep in mind I'm giving these guys some slack due to that. Called before visiting and the customer service was poor. Walking into the place it doesn't look like a wing joint, which is fine. However, the cleanliness wasn't great and once again customer service was poor. The girls at the counter were talking to each other and not welcoming or attentive. Popular sodas in drink fountain were good but others weren't, syrup/water ratios were off. Food took a while, about 30 minutes. They charge 25 cents per sauce or seasoning but they'll waive that if you're paying with Samsung Pay because it's cheaper to give you the sauce vs charging you again. The saving grace is the actual food. I had the 5 piece Tenders Combo. Chicken was great, fries were good. All the other aspects get 0 stars but the food gets a 4 for a median of 2 stars + 1 for slack.

Mostly I order delivery from this store through Seamless app and my order always comes correctly even with an additional instruction! When I visit the store for pick up sometimes, I see people working there are always nice. The food is very good too. I love this store to have in my neighborhood.

I come at the time they are suppose to be open and are closed. I wait 30 mins to do other shopping and come back and they’re open. I place an order and they tell me it’ll take 30 mins to get my food. Get better workers that can arrive on time.

Best wings ever the, Lemon pepper wings and the nuclear wings and the moon dust are the best wings I’ve ever ate in my life. it is the best America’s best wings in America, the service is wonderful and the employees are friendly and patient. Best wing place in America by far!
