It was easy to sign up for service, they have competitive pricing, and great customer service on the phone. Looking forward to this company's service. They offered to drop off a can tomorrow and pick it up the very next day. Multiple payment options make it easy for anyone. Family owned is also important to us and they have good reviews online. Trash service ☑️

They were great when I had service, but now that I cancelled they won’t stop charging me. I had set up automatic payments with them years ago. They are still charging me every month even though they have picked up their can and I have service with another company. I have left numerous messages to try to get them to stop charging me and refund me for the last 6 months that I haven’t had service.

They provide really solid service. Fast reply back through the email. As long as you reach them through the phone line. They will take care of your problems. I like the way they help out customers.

I used them last year and they were the only company in town that did not try to rip me off and they were on time and professional in every way! Jake from American refuse is a super nice guy and very easy to work with and I highly recommend there services!

I've had American Refuse in two different neighborhoods now and their service has always been excellent. I've also ordered roll off dumpsters and they accommodated my rush schedule! Their customer service is second to none.
