One thing here first. Shary Griesfeller: You sound like you should be working for them then. Worst company for collections. I seem to have a few always going here. When you don't get bills in the mail from the companies, how can you pay it ? I have no problem paying a bill or making payments but when you don't get a bill, that's NOT your fault. If you don't make but a little over minimum wage, that's NOT your fault either. A lawyer told me in 1998 that a collection company can't take anything if you pay what you can. This company has taken ALL of my bank account money before and drained it. I should have contacted a lawyer about that as well. Terrible customer service and they don't care !

I absolutely agree with the other reviews that gave this place one star. (I would've given it zero stars, if possible). This place has one of the worse customer service and are difficult to work with. They treat you like if you're some type of criminal and keep threatening to take you to court if you don't agree to their terms, well, what if you can't afford to pay the amount they're asking for? If they're really here to help resolve a debt, then they should be able to AT LEAST meet you half way and resolve the problem. I hope this place reads their reviews and they do something to change their behavior and work ethic. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Shame on anyone who willing uses this company to collect its debts!!!!! There is no humanity within this company. You are a number not a person. My only advice...get away from them as soon as you can. We all have a sob story (life is hard sometimes) but do what it takes, get a loan or sell something. There's ways out of this mess, just keep looking you will find a way.

I agreed to pay 50 dollars a month payments. I paid them faithfully last month and this month and received a piece of paper talking about a court date even after we agreed on this payment. Not a clue what is happening with them but if I could give them no stars I absolutely would. I'll be on the phone monday morning to ask why. The woman that I spoke with informed me that I had promised to pay 25 dollars more than I paid ( which I doubt that I would have done but I'm absolutely interested in hearing their recording that said I did) and they were moving forward with the account in court. She also let me know that all of us were stupid and most people misunderstood what they had to say and that is why I had gotten it all wrong. The woman( name available if you ask) was condescending and badly behaved, cut off what I had to say repeatedly and tried to say that I refused to update my address from the postal address to my regular address ( which is because where I live there is no postal delivery so there was no reason for them to have that) This is the most underhanded and badly behaved company available. If you are a business and you wish to have your monies paid in a timely way or you wish to have the credit company that you use respected and to give you the best service possible, your option is to find a company that is better willing and able to provide you with the service that you need and want and is willing to work with your customers.

I mean this is a debt collector, no one likes debt collectors. lol. Buuut, I did read the reviews when I found out they were suing me for a debt...I realized they'd probably be a lot stricter than other places I've dealt with.
Sure enough, they request a $120/month payment..this is hefty for me- hence why I owe a debt in the first place, but I agreed to pay that and made it work.
It's always been easy to make a payment and they were considerate around the holidays (my due date fell on a holiday and I was panicking).
One thing that surprised me was when I agreed to my $120/month payment installment I was told I COULD pay less, like $60/month because it'd look better to pay something than nothing BUT if I don't pay $120+ they could still sue me and take me to court even if I was making payments. The reason? Because it was less than their initial offer? I don't know, the details were kind of shady..so maybe that's the situation others have found themselves in.
Every time I call I ask, "what's my minimum to pay?" and they tell me and I say I'll pay it...every time I've been told it's $120 so I'm having faith this'll all be good once paid off :)
