Waste Connections of Nebraska

Beware this is an unethical company. After providing 30 days notice that I would be cancelling my services with them due to moving to a new house they continued to bill me. I refused to pay for a service that I wasn't getting and had cancelled. They ended up sending me to collections for a $30.50 bill that they sent in error to begin with. This was my first experience with a collections company and they ended up erroneously reporting a negative trade line even after I settled the BS amount that was "outstanding". All because of a greedy, unorganized, and unethical company - Waster Connections of Nebraska.

Sudden raise in price from 24$ to 50$ dollars. Hell no. I canceled my service everywhere.

Update - well they realized that after buying a company that came out every week no matter if it rained or not that they had to as well. Occasionally they don't but really it's usually because it's rained tons. Much better than what it was as it was clear last summer that unless they changed how they disliked rain that we would have not gotten our garbage picked up at all during the summer as it rained so often. Is it possible to have negative stars? They have totally ignored my garbage more than once. Then when I call they ignored it again when they said they would pick it up the next day. They didn't pick it up until the next scheduled pickup. I paid them to take my garbage and they ignored me, took my money and ran with it. Also they don't like rain, snow or mud. No mud! Can't get muddy. Okay the company that we had, Palmer and Son's was purchased by them........ dang. And once again they are ignoring our garbage totally. My suggestion is that if your garbage is ignored.... take it to their office and leave it on their porch.

They cut service in half from 2 pick ups per week to one but are charging the same ridiculous rate. Must be nice to have a business where you can just keep charging the customer more and more. I'll be looking elsewhere for an alternative hauler!
