During 2 years staying in Eden’s apartment, my house was flooded at least 3 times because of water broke down. The worst thing is their service. Stacy and her boss, representing Eden company ,are definitely rude and untrustworthy. The last time when my apt was flooded 2 bedrooms and half of the living room were soaked in water; they didn’t solve the problem until 3 weeks later. As a result, we had to live in unhealthy environment with mold growing. With all the trashy service, it’s understandable why the rent in cheap.

This management company is an absolute joke. I rented an apartment for 6 years and decided to go back to school. I spoke with them about paying rent (and late feeds) on my financial aid schedule. They agreed then turned around and kicked me out. The 'maintenance' is a joke. They don't actually fix anything, they put a band-aid on it and call it good. I had to have them out 4 times for a faucet that wouldn't turn off; same problem and same person 'fixed' it. The garbage disposal worked for the first year and they never came to fix it after many calls; that is 5 years of effort. I will NEVER live in any of their properties and will shout from the rooftops for everyone to stay away.

Worst customer service everrrrr!!! Stacy is a really RUDE person!! Can I just say, never renting with Eden Management ever again just because of her!

I have lived in 4 different apartments in Lincoln, and they are the worst so far. I got charged for over $300 in "fees". The apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. I have never had more than a carpet cleaning fee before of maybe $80. Plus to make it worse they made me wait 4 months for the remaining deposit. I do not recommend them.

We had a great experience with Amanda the gal who showed us a couple of properties. She was professional, prompt and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with her. We didn't rent from Edan though because the person who we spoke to on the phone was beyond rude. They need more employees like Amanda.
