I adopted My dog from animal aid in September. This has been the best experience ever. Animal aid made sure that my new pup was ready to be adopted and healthy . A few days after adopting her I brought her back in for her spay. Everything was so friendly and so easy to do. These people are so nice and so helpful. What is most Comforting is that any time she sick or I think she might be sick I can pop in and they take a listen to her heart or lungs or whatever the problem is. They don't charge for that, I just pay for a medication that she may need. They also offer boarding and grooming. Actually today and taking her in for her first groom!

Two people I know got dogs from the shelter and are very happy with them. It's a small shelter but they are very accommodating and the personnel is very compassionate. I looked there are few times myself for a new dog and although I didn't find the dog that was right for me, I could tell the dogs are well-treated and there's an area outside to take a dog and spend a little time with him her. I would definitely recommend this facility

Used to volunteer here awhile ago, and there are many reasons why I left. One is the smell is insane in this place and I have asthma and cannot be around it a lot. I also never understood why they ask $400 or so for an adoption fee; that to me is way too steep. They do many events and fundraisers and get donations for supplies, so I am unsure why it is so much money to adopt (maybe to pay for their "low-cost" veterinary services?). I will adopt from another shelter that is cheaper for sure.
Other than that, their mobile vet is great. I spent $250 on dental work for my Pomeranian/Chihuahua, which is much cheaper than other vets.

Animal-Aid has always been there for me when i needed help with my cats and the feral cats where i live. She provided me traps to trap the cats for spay and neuter until someone where i live stole the trap and I couldn't trap anymore. The impressions in the grass were still there. After many years of trapping, this was the first time someone stole a trap. Sometimes I wish I could have followed up with some of the kittens that were adopted to make sure they are safe. Rescue is very difficult work and it was too overwhelming for me. They need donations and volunteers. They continue to help me with my cats. Wish they could be open up for more hours. They are very affordable for medical treatments and will refer you to other affordable veterinarians if the treatment needed is outside the scope of what they do. They're human and they have been able to do rescue work for a long time. It is not easy work.

Always Professional, extremely competitive rates, In fact cost WAY less than anyone.
They take great care with your fur baby, treating them as well as they would thier own. So glad I have found this place. I will always go to them for my pet needs.
