People and area is wonderful but the design needs updated. Rent is nearly $800 and if rent is late a day or two it’s almost $950-$1000 at times for a one bedroom. That’s way too much for the 1980 style layout and design of the interior. The only reason my neighbors and I stay is location and that crime is almost nothing probably because of the high rent. The apartment manager and office employees are extremely polite and kind. They always help with whatever you ask. Huge field for dogs and a small patch of woods with a river attached to it so it has plenty of room for them to run.
Lady went to the hospital they are letting her animals die in the apartment and say they can not do anything about it the lady has no living family this is not a place I would want to live I have family there and will be looking for another place for them to go the lady in the office is very rude and is scary and just says well if she don't pay her rent we will just file eviction on her will be contacting the correct people in regards to this place
Poor Customer Service...called in to request a tour talked to a young lady identifying herself as Casey. She was reviewing the fees and mentioned a $5.00 "mandatory" Creditbuilder fee because they report to credit bureaus. I had previously toured 7 to 8 apartments and no other apartment complex I toured ever mentioned having this fee. I replied that I do not need any credit building service as I have very good credit. Casey then stated that it works and that her credit went up by 50 points in just a few months. I replied that by simply living in that apartment complex, it would not have that type of impact on a credit score in just a few months. Anyone educated in credit scores knows this. She then hung up the phone on me. Rude, unprofessional, and either blatantly lies or is not educated enough to provide the right information. Zero stars.
I lived there for over 2 years with my large dog. It was perfect for what I needed. Private and clean. I had Fantastic neighbor's. The office was always great about addressing my few concerns. I have recommended them several times. I looks like this place has gotten better over the years with updating and maintaining. Good times.
These apartments are in desperate need of being updated. Probably haven't been upgraded since original build 20 + years ago. Fences surrounding patios are dry and brittle. Huge icicles in the winter due to poor gutter drainage. Maintenance is a joke.
too dark at night and no signs up. better than other places.
Today I went to view an apartment at Annhurst Gahanna, Ohio. The first time I arrived at 12:45 and there was an "Open" sign but there was a sign on the door that said, "we are showing an apartment" and there was a brb clock that said 2pm a long time to show an apartment. I came back at 2:15 - door was locked with same signs. A few people who lived there approached the office so I asked them what it's like to live there. One was an older woman and the other was a 30ish-aged man. They both said it wasn't bad. The woman continued saying that the office staff is hard to get a hold of and that it was her 3rd trip to the office to turn in some paperwork. The man seemed a little miffed no one was in the office. As soon as they walked away, I saw a young woman walking up to the office and she took out a key to open the office. The older woman turned around to come back. As soon as she and I approached the office door, the young lady locked it. The old lady said "this happens all the time so I'll try again later." I went back to my car and while I was putting my seat belt on, I saw the young lady emerge from the office. So I got out and asked her about looking at one of the apartments. She told me that she had to go do something and could not show the apartment at that time and asked if I could come back. I advised her that I would not be able to come back until almost 5pm. She told me that it would be OK for me to come back close to 5 and said even though they close at 5, they would still be able to show me the apt. Lo and behold, I arrive at 5 and there were two young ladies closing the office and told me that I would need to come back. Long story short - if this is the kind of trouble I have to go through just to see a small apt for about 15 minutes, I can only imagine the trouble I would go through if I lived there. Apparently, these young ladies do not understand the value of new customers. The other reviews speak for themselves.
The younger lady that works at this office needs a new job! No communication standards, comes of very rude and disrespectful. I was completely turned off by this location, if that’s the person I need to deal with.. no thanks.. better management would help this place a lot! Older lady was great.
I use to live there, great location, low rent. Would move back for sure
Just moved in and has been great, its really quiet and staff has been a big help during my move from out of state!
