This place is disorganized. The staff changes constantly. The person calling to remind you of appointments talks too fast and unclearly. You get moved from therapist to therapist. However, Dr. Betty is phenomenal in her work with autism and diagnosed me as an adult. I also would not have made it without the huge help and insight of their therapist Janet Zander

People are rude, front desk has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, tell you you don't have an appointment when you do, and very very disrespectful to help in NEED OF HELP. WHAT A JOKE.

horrible place . never got called back, they are full of hate for anyone who is disabled yet refuses to be disabled forever. the are discriminatory toward anyone who doesnt dress in kwaki and polo's. if you dress anything like your from an alternative culture they wont care for you. hunter( unter pro name) is one of the docs there and he is full of hate and never treats the person always stating the problem is the clothing and disability. wont let a person have their disability to how they need it for their physical needs always makes things up. met unter more than once out of office and he was always making hate speech on my clothes on my wheelchair.tries to tell the patient they are the problem the disability needs to be removed in order to get help. or change the way you dress because its whats causing the problem . refuses to except people who are different. unter balram needs to be fired!!!!i have manic episodes in my house @ 3 in the morning ,racing thoughts, moods swings,cant focus(failed school constantly). im almost always im my home away from people because im pacing my apartment in mania.(met unter while riding wheelchair and looking for work) unter told me i had to change the way i dress.they dont treat addicts at all. someone is being bribed and the docs keep the junkies and alcies just as they are so they can have these people take up apartments all over the city and keep them being addicted to booze and drugs. the booze hounds and druggies are not in there for treatment just accuses to keep themselves in these apartments on mnt projects programs . its very tense living in these places around these people. but they are getting out of hand and out of control. very harassing and demeaning. the doctors do what they need to take make sure they are never treated so they can keep getting bribes.im the only person of these neighborhoods who will say anything. the rest of them wont speak up so i will. we want our apartments,streets, and neighborhoods back!!!! even more why to stay away. i was told "play your part" by people of this town because of him and his group of druggies. he has told the people in my apartment to constantly come talk to me. for years these people have been pounding on my door and have major drug parties in their apartment and have refused to leave me alone.further more if you dont behave like this doctor wants you to he hires someone to destroy your name. i found a bunch of profiles online with false information about me because i refused to hang out with the druggies he sent. he wanted me to go from a person who doesnt do drugs and turn me into a druggy p.o.s to make himself feel better. always talking to me about his life and how it sucks while he had debt forgiveness. the time we spoke was all about him and his life. your care at this place is all about him and how you can make him feel better while you play the part of who ever he designs you to be. stay away from this place they ruined my life for not bending to their social structure of things.i now have no future because of him in these past 4 years,no one will hire me because of the doctors lies.so much slander in the past 4 years which has destroyed any chance at a future, because to these people a person who is different is always a p.o.s. i jump and have stopped answering my door because of these people. just this morning they started knocking at my door again. it never stops. dont go here because the knocking and harassment by these people never stop. they will take anything as a sign that they should bug you all the time. these same people just tried to kill all my plants in my vineyard , i caught on i was able to save all but one. these people will do anything to destroy anything in your life. this is the second time trying to post this because they hacked into a system and had my computer shut down the moment i tried to add more to this section. it took me five times rebooting my computer to get it to work again.these people your life will be destroyed by them. their excuses get dumber and dumber

I'm used to going to an individual lcsw. They have a warmer inviting feeling. I was calm when I would go. Due to my doctor's health and having to close her business. I tried this place. I was stressed the moment I came to the door. Doctor's office atmosphere, busy. Never felt calm or warm. Very cold. Could hear persons talking next door. Too much paperwork. Not to mention double paperwork asking same questions. Counselor was fine, but I need someone every other week on a steady basis. Did get another appointment since the last two were mainly filling out paperwork. Did talk a little. After waiting for next appointment they confirmed and then called back a few hours later to change and that appointment wasn't for another 3 weeks. That would have been 4 weeks. This place was just not going to work out. It would work for someone that wouldn't mind the atmosphere. I don't want to discourage someone from getting help. Go and check it out for yourself, you may just click.

This center has been a blessing! I truly enjoy going here. It helps me every time I walk in the doors! Everyone is super friendly!
