The office obviously has no idea how appointments work. Had an appointment for 1:30. 40 minutes later still haven't been helped.

I have been waiting for a refund because they charged me and my insurance paid for it, for almost 5months now... everytime i call they say they are just waiting on the Dr to sign the check ..thats on visits from over 1yr ago ...very fustrating !
