Why is it that if a call drops while speaking to a doctor or nurse they cant take the time to call you back? I was speaking to a nurse about something very urgent and my call dropped. I called back immediately and the nurse was "away from her desk or on another call" I had to call and put in 3 urgent orders just for someone to simply call me back! Absolutely ridiculous! Just because the call drops doesnt mean our buisness is finished! Disgusting!

The eye people for the vision deptment on the 2 floor was very rude and disrespectful to my wife she had a aptment and the lady over the counter told her to sit down and have to wait till tomorrow to come back and even if my wife had aptment they need some help i will not nobody to ever come here for anything. Someone please help me be nice to other.

Great pediatrician. If you are looking for a doctor for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Marias. She is an amazing doctor, takes the time to listen and understand, finds out the root of the sickness (if you child is sick), has many years of experience and knowledge, and love the fact if it's your first visit she will explain about herself. My kids' Doctor is amazing! Thank you Dr. Marias!

Cigna's net worth is about $54 Billion. Being a certified Medical Assistant I was taught about cleanliness & they always stressed that in school; however when I go back to the waiting room it does not show that. Everything about the Cigna building is old, we are in 2016 & should be remodeled..Dirty walls with black marks, dirty floors that need to be replaced..cleaning won't save it. On the other hand I'm always on time but wait in the lobby for 1 hour plus while I'm in the back room. I shouldn't have to spend 2 hrs at the DRs office after a looong day of work. I think that some of the MAs here have lost their customer service skills, sadly to say. If there's no passion for your career, your in the wrong field.
