St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center

Had surgery here & from the moment I walked in to check in to the second I was in my car after being discharged, the entire staff I encountered were so friendly, caring, informative & made me feel very comfortable. Environment was very clean and kept up. Gave me all the information I needed pre-op and post-op. Thank you all so much for being great!

I have never had a bad experience here as of yet. They always get me in as fast as they can, never have I waited over two hours. They make sure to make you as comfortable as they can. The Doctors are very thorough. I'm really grateful this place is here. I drive an extra 30mins just to go here if I can.

You guys seriously have to learn the difference between transferred and released. My uncle was taken there last night, when we called to check up on him this morning, they told us he was released, but wouldn't say when or if he'd gotten a ride. Cue four hours of checking at his house, calling other hospitals, and the police in order to find him, only to learn he was TRANSFERRED to another hospital. You guys suck.

The nurses and doctor in the ER were wonderful! My son has a severe peanut allergy and ingested one on accident and broke out in hives all over by the time we made it to the ER. They got us in right away and teamed up efficiently to give him quick service and took amazing care of him. Thanks so much!!!

Staff and doctors are very nice. I came in and it took 20 to 30 for me to be called back and put in a room. I appreciate the quickness and the communication. Everyone has a good attitude and they care about making me feel better. Way better then Banner at this point.
