Banner Goldfield Medical Center

I have never had problems there. They get u in quickly. Only thing I feel is they are soo afraid to give the prescription in low dose right now for a few days while I look for a Dr I defiantly have a lot. Of stress and need them I was on them but it got all mixed up. Other than that I really do like it there.

The Over Night Nurses were mean. Especially Vickie.. I found her to be particularly cold and cruel. Very unprofessional and without any compassion whatsoever. Dr Mortenson was the nicest of the bunch, but I couldn't wait to get out of there. I was treated with hostility and made to feel very uncomfortable.

I am still awaiting resolution to expunging inaccurate, PERSONAL comments that were posted on my discharge papers made without any actual observations. I am working with very nice individuals from Banner Health corporation, but have heard nothing from Banner Goldfield (in particular the administrator). Most of the individuals I saw while admitted were very nice, but there was really very little attention paid to me, and those responsible for later comments probably saw me for 2-10 minutes total. I was admitted at 3am on a Monday morning after visiting the emergency room, and discharged Tuesday afternoon. Hardly time to do a sufficient, fair review.

I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I thought there nurses were quite mean. Although they were fast on both occasions I was there. Doctors were friendly enough.

I'm from out of town. Had a TBI the end of November and still having issues. Told front desk that I didn't know if I had come to the right place but my out of state doctor wanted me to get a CT scan. After nurse took my vitals the doctor came in. Told me that there was no way that I could have any symptoms left with a fall that long ago. Told me he was there to treat sick people and he had flu patients to take care of and left. Someone else came in to tell me unless they see blood it's not an emergency. Not the doctor or the last person ask me my symptoms or even checked my head. On my list of meds that I gave the nurse was also my symptoms. Some were that since the swelling had gone down part of my skull has a zigzag mark and my skull is higher than other half. My right jaw hinge sticks out and I have TMJ and my bite is off. I have headaches and both sides of my neck are stiff and painful. I'm tired all the time and my motor skills are off. I had written several symptoms down because TBI lose their memory and don't handle stress well. $800 later all I had to show was a piece of paper that said multiple complaints and everything else was blank. And all I had ask at the beginning was, am I at the right place!
