It is like all things in life, You get out of it what you are willing to put in it. Dr. Rick is one of the most knowledgeable people and will share his knowledge with you. He has offered to help me with my medical Doctors at Mayo clinic and Honor Health. The nurses truly care and if given respect will try to do all they can to help. I have been lucky even though I have had turnover in my counselors that is more and industry thing but I have had some excellent ones starting with Judy to my current one Barbara. I have a great stable life and Family which was helped by my relationship with Alpha. Mike at the front desk is awesome!

~UPDATE~ THIS IS THE ONLY CLINIC OPEN ON HOLIDAYS. They are EXTREMELY unfair and just downright mean with literally anything. This clinic is only good if you want to get up to 400mg+ but let me tell you you pay for that with all the unnecessary rules. Sucks for the people not trying to go that high. It doesn't matter if you follow all the rules, stay clean, are respectful they will still find something to make your life hell. C.M.S. is also the only clinic ive ever heard of that does "diversion" which is when they call you and if you don't come in right away and let them make sure that you have all your methadone (that's right I said methadone) and if you don't, they knock you back down to where you have to go 6 days a week. No fun. And some of the counsolers are good others are ridiculous. At least the people at the front are nice and most of the doctors... Oh and they have TWO windows. Oh and if you miss ONE day you get knocked down a level! Even if you have NO dirty UA & never missed a day doesn't matter. These people are SO unfair. Man I wish I could of read a review like this before I started going here,, you've been warned.

CMS has helped me regain control of my life and gotten me nearly completely in a new direction with a focus on things other than dope and criminal behaviors.

They have computer problems and they all just sit around. They do not close on holidays and yet they have shorten hours. Big turnover in staff. Fine a better place!

The methadone maintenance services provided here saved my life. The staff are non judgemental and always friendly.
