I arrived as a walk in for urgicare. No problem with wait,  staff,  or Dr.  My complaint is that they electronically sent in Rx. I waited an hr to give pharmacy time to fill it. Arrived at pharmacy at 5:10 pm. They had not received my Rx, clinic was closed,  and I had to wait till next day to pick it up.  It was a very restless nite to say the least. That should never have happened! What if this was a tiny baby with a severe ear infection,  or worse! My advice is to have them personally hand you a paper prescription. It also involved the time to go once again to pharmacy.

Nothing bad to say if you need to get seen for urgent care go to thumb butte. They were friendly and courteous nd they really care about their patient's.

thumb butte is an excellent place and our doctor karandish is wonderful and efficient  We  love him

I came in with a broken foot, and the office was diligent in cutting through the red tape of the insurance and getting me the care that I needed to feel better.
