Dr. Reilly is great! (And also the reason this place gets 3 stars instead of 1.) He cares about his patients, and about treating them well. Personable and professional. As for the rest... Cooper mocked my financial status. As others have said, the front office staff just doesn't want to be there. Just today, called to make an appointment and the woman spoke very quickly and when I asked her to repeat herself she then pretended not to hear me and hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional.

First off, P.A. Watus Cooper should be in a different clinic. He is decent at what he does. I say decent because he doesn't always listen and he gave me an Rx of something I am allergic to (Yes, it is listed in my file). The main problem lies with the staff that surrounds him. They are rude and condescending, and they would rather hang out and chat than do their work. They completely lack the skills to run a medical front office.
I have been waiting three weeks for an RX for splints for my hands and foot. Cooper filled out the form, Hangar needs more information and sent it back to be completed correctly. The medical front office faxed back the EXACT same form with no changes made! The Hangar has called them and left messages, even they can't get a response!! I have also been waiting for specialist referrals for follow up issues with my blood work and unrelenting pain in my hands and joints. THREE WEEKS!? I have called and left messages with Cooper's assistant, with the referral "specialist", and with the scheduler for over a week; asking what the hold up is, and if I can just come in and pick up said referrals. Here I am, still waiting for ANY kind of reply, THREE weeks out.
Oddly enough, my daughter, who went in for a visit five days after I did, and today received a call from the doc she was referred to.
Guess who changed physicians today....

Charged me a visit fee to go in and request blood work. Then in order to view my results wanted to charge me for another visit charge. The MA tried explaining to me that it was my insurance company who charges these fees, even though the doctors office is the one who sets the fees. The people that work here seem very complacent about their jobs and don't seem to work with any sense of urgency.

The staff is incredibly rude and they take well over a week to return a simple refill request.

The personnel here are awful. They will not help you and push you off to anyone else to avoid doing any work. Making appointments with doctors takes way too long, and while you are on hold, they have advertisements playing! Which gives you an idea of what they care about. They are rude, and lazy, and completely unprofessional. Although I liked my doctor, there is absolutely nothing else that is good nor efficient in this office.
