Great place to seek help and assistance. The nurses are very kind and willing to help you in anyway they can. The counselors are always there to help you with what you need and resolve any issues you have. The manager of the East side office, Chris, is a great guy! He is not some higher up that you can never get a hold of. He has an open door policy. You can speak to him when you are there and he always returns your calls in a prompt manner. He listens to any and all problems you might have and he stays on top of them until they are resolved. He is a true asset to Community Medical Services. I would recommend this place highly!

I have a loved one with a substance abuse problem. After experiencing a communication issue I was contacted personally by the clinic manager who scheduled my daughter an appointment and answered my questions. Chris seems very involved and caring.

This place would be awesome if the client didn't suffer whenever a staff makes a mistake.I live an hour away, and it's inconvenient when you make appointment and get there and time has changed or if you go to pick up your refill and it's not there because you are told you didn't give a UA but you are told to sit down several times and or ignored when you are offering to give your UA.I follow the same routine and it only changes when staff changes but if they are disorganized or rude, should the client suffer,I am self pay but I feel like I'm treated as I have no worth or judged, which is unfair because there are people from all walks of life suffering the same situation ;doctors,lawyers,homeless,married,and/oe single. This doesn't determine ones value.. Respect should be given to everyone Inspite their personal situation, especially in the medical field..ive been on hold for 20minutes when I called once. I hung up but the new receptionist can be so very rude,at what point does she be told to handle clients with respect.we all are adults.

I've been at CMS since 2005, and I have never had a Counselor the caliber of the one I have now. Lindsey is awesome! She is the ONLY counselor who has returned my calls in all the years I've been there. I feel blessed to have her. Also, the rest of the staff is awesome. You have to do your part. Don't blame CMS if you aren't willing to do the work.

This clinic is wonderful. The staff, counsellors, dosing nurses, Angel (front desk) and the manager (Chris) are all very nice. If you're having any issues with your treatment or happen to have problems with another client Chris is there to talk to you and help. (Hi Chris!!) My current counsellor Miesha is extremely helpful and always makes time for me and really listens. They offer methadone and suboxone. This clinic accepts AHCCCS/Cenpatico as well as self pay (private). If you're here to get/stay clean this is a good place to be. The Dr is very friendly and caring. With methadone it takes a while to build up your take homes but with suboxone you only need to be there one month with two clean U/A's and you get weekly take homes (if your counsellor agrees you're doing well of course). Just like any opiate clinic there's people here that still use but if you're set on getting your life together it's easy to stay away from them. Just dose and leave! Most people keep to themselves. The only thing some clients have an issue with is that they're open on a lot of holidays. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this clinic. I'm so grateful for this place. I'm no longer chasing heroin and on the streets hustling every day. I'm getting my life back! 5 stars!
