So awful service! If there’s any choice to go somewhere maybe that’s the best choice! You need to wait REALLY LONG! So if you are planning to come here, like to the ER. Bring your drinks, food, or pillow and camping tent because you will be waiting FOREVER for each single thing! Staff are CHATTING, EATING, LAUGHING, PASSING YOU WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING IF YOU NEED HELP, THEY DO NOT CARE!

I personally had a great experience in labor & delivery, great nurses both during labor and after. My family members have also had great experiences and I noticed the attentiveness of nurses and doctors.

Outstanding medical center. All of the staff in the ER department were professional, and friendly. The ER doctors perform a very thorough examination, and do their best to get to the root of the problem. Spacious open clean wating area with adequate ventilation. Bathrooms were clean as well. The childrens ER is outstanding - their doctors, and all staff are professional, and provide great care to the children. Thank you to all staff employed at TMC Medical Center for taking the time to listen, for showing compassion, and for providing great care ❤

Took my husband to the ER last night around 11:30pm . It was filled with a lot of druggies who drain the system and the hospital puts them first. All he needed was an I.V they said he has to be in line like everyone else he had not been able to hold anything down in 3 days and was severly dehydrated i told the nurse that a dog gets better care at a vet than a human she laughed i left i dont reccomend this hospital. We went to banner south campus and he was given an I.V within 20 minutes of arrival

I would rate TMC 💯% Each previous visit to your E R quality of care . To my latest stay these people have the skills care extremely knowledge group . Took. Great care of me got me on my feet in record time. You guys rock Thank y'all Oh no TMC y'all made a huge mistake. After the visit tonight I shall not be coming back. Y'all lost me. I will let UNITED Health know in the morning.Poor score zero!!!
