Dr. Schoenbaum is a Great IF you can get in to see him. Appointments take 3-4 weeks even after ER HOSPITAL visit & your told to see your PCP within 3 days. Last year I only saw him 1x because Office staff kept canceling my appointment 1 hour before after waiting months. Office staff is incompetent at Best. They don't understand the difference between the Doctors order for tests & the refferal needed for Insurance purposes. I've given up after trying for 6 months to see him. Looking for a New PCP today.

Dr. Schoenbaum is the best. He cares and takes time to answer questions and explain things to you. You always feel heard and taken care of when your appt. is over. The office staff score three stars, they have room for improvement
