Maybe the mistake was to pay in advance. 

First, he lost the ticket so didn't work on the boots. He said come back tomorrow. 
Came back tomorrow, and he hadn't done the job, claimed he didn't have the right sole. 

Came back the following day, and the boots still weren't ready, but he was able to rush and get them finished. 

Will not be back.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHOE REPAIR EVER. WHEN I ASKED QUESTION SHE YELLED AND TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK, SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT.

I have stopped in when coming through town a couple times and had great service.  I recommend and notice old reviews appear to be unfair to current ownership.

I have used this place in the  past and I would not have returned but I found out that they are under new ownership the Russian man is not there anymore I am extatic I took my husbands shoes in once I found out they Were under new ownership they did an amazing job on his shoes I will be back and will be telling all my friends go see them they are good 👍
