I Came here for a few repirs, Daryll the owner was very friendly however the service I received and quality of work was terrible.
I explained what repairs I needed done with Daryll. I was told it would be taken care of and I would have my items back as quickly as possible maybe today or tomorrow, I left my name and number on a ticket and was told that is all they needed and I would recive a call when everything is ready.
To skip ahead to the end, I went to pick up one of my items (because the other wasn't ready explained later) and after waiting in line for the customers ahead of me I was told by the employee working that I would have to go to the end of the line because I did not have a pick up ticket.....I was never given a ticket and Daryll told me to come pick up the item that was ready!!!!
That same employee didn't know anything about my repairs and could not find my item, after a few minuets of looking he found them, the repairs were incomplete and needed to be finished!! The repairs made were terrible.. it looks like someone new had done them or they just didn't
care. I could have done a better job with glue gun!!.
To go back before pick up, the day I dropped my items off I was originally told I would be contacted a few hours later when one of Darylls employees gets in. I waited and nothing, I then waited another 3 days and still haven't heard. When I called 3 days later I was told "I am working on it" to a customer, what does that mean!?!?
I had to ask if I can get an estimate and when I could expect my items back; I was told "Friday but I cant guarantee that" so another 3 days pass and it is now Saturday. After still receiving no phone call I decided to call and check the status of my repairs. I was told what he ordered did not fit and that he was shocked! I'm shocked that the wrong part was ordered in the first place and why do I need to call to find this information out?
After asking Daryll where do we go from here? He said "I will need to make some phone calls and do a measurement to see what we can do". Here's a question....How were the measurements not already done and these call made after you found out the part didnt fit!?!? Daryll said he would call me back in a few minutes with a different option. I never received a call.
At this point I was feed up. I did 15 minutes worth of research and found what part I needed for one of my items and decided to fix it my self for $6.00. While I was picking up my items I also witnessed another customer complain about the quality of their repairs and another complain about not being contacted on several occasions.
I truly hope customer service and communication gets better along with the quality of work I received.

I've used this shop on at least four occasions. My repairs, whether large or small; were never completed by the date promised. When I jokingly brought this to Darrell's attention, he became rude and unprofessional. He attempted to belittle and demean me. Darrell referred to my duffel bag as, "cheap." He referred to my job as , " little." He always has some lame excuse for not having your repairs completed, as promised. He wants you to wait while he works. His workmanship is decent...

I have only taken the time to rate a handful of businesses over the years, but this place absolutely deserves it. Had both heels replaced, heel guards put on...... while I waited. In twenty minutes, new heels, trimmed, and polished; all for a few bucks less than other shops in town. First 5☆ rating I've ever given a cobbler.

I brought two pairs of shoes here: a $300 pair of boots that my kitten decided to scratch, and a pair of leather shoes that I wore very hard for over two years... he did an AMAZING job. The scratches on the boots are barely noticeable, and my other pair of shoes looked like I just bought them, and now have a brand new heel on them. He did need to finish some of the work when I came in to pick them up, but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend, and will be going here again.

Terrible! Dropped off boots, said it'd be 1 week. I called a week later and they said another two days. Still didn't call me after 2 more days. I drove there to pick them up anyways. Had to wait 20 minutes for the woman to find my boots... I was told "He always takes the tags off of the shoes when he works on them, and never puts them back on". Then had to wait for cleaning & strings to be put back in. Then after all of that the boots were supposed to be SEWN back and they GLUED THEM! Very messily glued as well!
