DO NOT GO HERE!! I don't know how this guy does business. Buyer beware! Pretty sure he's a drunk. DON'T EXPRESS INTEREST IN ANY PRODUCTS!! He will raise the price on you immediately and give you some random drunk excuse, "oh its rare" or "oh I meant to change this price this morning." Guy is out of his mind, I'd be scared to let him touch any of my gear. Came in with a $5000 credit line to buy gear for an album and ended up taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!!

For years I desired a vintage Moog Minimoog Model D, and every year Armen's would inflate the price by $1000 thus killing my Minimoog budget. I instead bought elsewhere at a reasonable price, and the 24 hour scenic road trip to pick it up in person was much more pleasurable than buying it from here. Thankfully, Moog reissued the Model D (which I purchased at the 2016 Moogfest pilot run), and brought the vintage prices back down. Yet for some reason, Armen's prices are higher than everyone else's... even on current equipment.

For repairs on vintage gear there is probably no one better. But for the advertised buy and sell used gear ... pass. I guess it's a matter of supply and demand. His store is packed with exceptional vintage gear and when I inquired about selling my K2500 he balked. OK so this thing is like a boat anchor I get it but at least offer me a trade. I think I offered a reasonable trade for a old Korg synth. But no. Cash is king and I guess at this time he had none because no one was buying. Try the place in Hawthorne, NJ. Cannot remember name but much better service/attitude .. and plenty of parking!

I have purchased 20k of gear over the past two months from Armens Music Shop. Excellent customer service, prompt shipping and good packaging. If I need stuff I use them. I have not had any negative experiences so far. IMHO the negative google reviews are not accurate.

Very rude salesman about repairing my keyboard. Asked how to spell the the stores name and they hunged up the phone on me. Very Rude and unprofessional!!!
