Jose in Piano department could not have been more helpful. I bought a piano keyboard for our son and daughter over the phone and he had it delivered to our apartment in one day. His guidance as to what to buy and the deal he gave us made it all a great experience. Sam Ash hasn't changed in 35 years since I bought my dreamiest there. I purchased the Benjamin Adams Beginner Clarinet. No pressure. I already have experience with instruments so I did not need the rep to give me a tutorial. However, he was ready to give me one if need be. 4 stars because after I purchased the instrument I went to Five Guys (across the street) and I was on the sam ash website and I realized I could have gotten an extended warranty for two years. I was not offered that option so I went back after I finished my burger and purchased it along with a blank sheet music book. The atmosphere is very laid back which I appreciate but the rep could have recommended these things during the first sale. Other than that everyone was nice and helpful. I will be returning to Sam Ash for my music needs.

This is the perfect place I felt to buy music instruments even if you don't understand music. The sales person help me to understand about Guitar and suggested couple beginner guitars for my daughter. He convinced me to buy from good brand but no force to buy. Even he answered all questions very patiently.

I came for guitar and bass repair. Everyone was helpful and professional from the minute i called to my visit to the store. Will definitely come back.

These guys have all the music gears you imagine and one if the places I've seen with amazing customer relation. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in NYC
