Customer service at this York PA Ashley store is fabulous. Mercedes S greeted us, showed us to various sections of the store, waited at a discreet distance, popped over when we had questions and never pressured us in the least. Cody C was personable and professional in helping us make the financial transaction. And Tracy W, one of the Managers, came by to thank us warmly for our purchase. We were not expecting to find precisely what we wanted, at the price we wanted and with such terrific customer service.

For me this is the perfect place to shop for furniture, great deals, really good quality and variety in collections and there is always someone there to answer all my questions. Last time I went Grant was an awesome helper went looking for new sofa since ours broke down and he showed us around I ended up getting a whole set with an awesome deal and lots of savings. Whenever I come here I always get lots of new ideas to decor my own home as well since everything is so neatly organized and there is always a style I can connect with. Its worth checking it out.

What a great place for furniture all around. The store is large and has a fantastic selection. Pricing is very reasonable and we had great Presidents day deals. The staff was wonderful. From the moment we walked in Mercedes S. Took care of us. She was great to deal with. No pushy sales, just listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. She was amazingly helpful with pricing and getting us a great deal. So sorry we purchased your favorite mirror!

Was in the market for a new living room set, saw an ad on Facebook and thought I'd browse the Memorial day sale and found a set that was a perfect match in comfort and price! Grant welcomed me upon entering the store and was very friendly and helpful in showing me around and helping me through the process of purchasing my new living room set. I definitely know where I will go the next time I'm in the market for furniture!

We went to Ashley looking for a sectional. We worked with Mercedes S. and she was very helpful as we changed the configuration of the sectional, changed out an ottoman, and added a rug (after she had already written everything up). She was super patient with me and willing to help to make sure I ordered what I wanted. I can't comment on the furniture because it was just ordered, but as far as the service we received from Mercedes, I would highly recommend her.
