Value City Furniture

We bought a very expensive sectional 4 years ago. The sofa was lovely but did not hold up. Fortunately, we also purchased the warranty for the sofa and Value City replaced the sofa at no additional cost for us. We worked with two exceptional people at Value City. Jacob did a great job helping my wife and I select a new sofa. He answered all questions and was patient and very personable. Tracy did also did a super job, walking us through the financial process and made sure that we knew how much was available for the new sofa. We are very pleased with Value City and with both Jacob and Tracy. My thanks to both of you.

Thank you very much Value City furniture for helping us. Our sons bedroom set look beautiful!! Delivery men are very nice and they came in good time and very fast putting it together. Can't wait for my son to see it. It's a surprise!!

Initially the day did not start off well with our delivery being moved from today until next week without our knowledge. However, management was able to make sure we got our furniture today as promised and it arrived quickly by the Santos and Erick moving team.They assembled and moved in all the furniture to where we wanted it and were kind while doing so. They alone deserve 5 stars for their hard work that was very much appreciated and turned the day around.

The delivery men that brought our furniture were very polite & on time. They were the best part of our experience with Value City. Sorry that I can't say the same when it came to the customer service end, when it came to dealing with them over the phone. I give the 2 delivery men 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank u 😊

Tracy has been so helpful in getting us a replacement set for our living room. We had an ASF in Whitehall that closed so this store helped us find a new set that was safe for our dog and our little one! Tracy went above & beyond to help me feel comfortable in our decision for our new set. Thanks for the awesome service wish you guys were closer!
