My review does not reflect the service I received at the show room in Harrisburg (to me that service was 4/5), however it reflects the service I received via the service center after the dresser I ordered was delivered. My dresser was delivered and one drawer had knobs that were about an inch lower than the correct height. They were off centered. I immediately called the service department and received no answer. I left countless messages before they finally called me back. They explained they'd send out for the drawer and it would be approx. 4 weeks. Fine. 4 weeks go by, nothing. 5 weeks go by, nothing. Finally I call back and left THREE messages before I finally received a call back. The women at the service department said she had been 'trying to get a hold of the distributor but she just found out they will not replace the part. I can either accept some type of refund or replace the dresser' I told her that I needed to know how much the refund was before I made my decision. She assured me she'd call multiple times today (4/23/2018) and would let me know what she finds out. Less than 5 minutes later she calls back and explains that she 'got the right person this time and they were only willing to refund me $50 because they were "only knobs" that are off centered' I told her she can schedule to have the dresser replaced. I am SO disappointed. The dresser wasn't cheap, if I wanted a cheaper dresser I would have gone somewhere else. It is disappointing that I'll now have to have a new dresser dropped off when the dresser I have is fine - I just need ONE drawer with the correct knobs. Had I known this apparent decision from the distributor 5 weeks ago when I first called I don't think I'd be this disappointed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a dining room table set in October and were guaranteed we would have it by Christmas. Unfortunately, it came after Christmas. One of the chairs was torn, all 6 chairs were wobbly, and the table was damaged in multiple places by the people who delivered it. We had to wait another month for the new table to arrive. In the mean time, a replacement part for the torn chair was ordered and we never received it. The man who came to look at the torn chair and the wobbly chairs also commented on how poorly the chairs were assembled. They were wobbly because they were very loose and without tightening would have eventually collapsed while someone was sitting on them. That sounds great! We have called multiple times to find out what is going on with the chair replacement (it was ordered over two and a half months ago). Each time, someone says they will look into it and call back. Of course, no one ever calls back. We ordered the table set in OCTOBER and now it is almost APRIL and we are still dealing with this mess. I will NEVER use Wolf furniture EVER AGAIN.
UPDATE: The replacement part came in. Someone received it incorrectly and it had been sitting in the warehouse a few weeks before anyone called to tell us it was in. They went to deliver it and guess what?! IT WAS DAMAGED!!!!!! Now we have to wait ANOTHER 8-10 weeks for a new part. That means it will be June/July until the part gets delivered and we placed our order in OCTOBER!!!!!

We are so pleased with our furniture buying experience at Wolf’s. Miss Kelly understood our vision and made it come to life! She took the time to take us through multiple fabric choices for an accent recliner that would match the couch we fell in love with. It was by far, the best furniture buying experience we have had and I’m so thankful we chose Wolf’s!

First off, this is not a reflection on sales, Terry was wonderful, delivery however was a complete nightmare. So, delivery time was set for 4:15-6:15. It was about 4:20 I see them pull in across the street at the neighbors. Went over and told them it was the wrong house. Fine, they brought it to our house. I could tell right away the driver seemed irritated. We ordered a reclining couch which was made very clear that it may have to be taken apart. But they insisted on ramming it thru anyway. To make a long story short within 10 minutes we had a broken ceiling tile, damaged trim from 2 door ways and a dented washer. We told them consistently it needed to be taken apart per instructions on delivery form. Finally he agreed but not without aggravation and attitude. Never mind the fact he brought no tools in order to do so. So the first price was brought in,only to discover it had a huge slit in it. We refused the order which then infuriated this gentleman. He literally drug the peices out over our brand new carpet and up the concrete steps. I was down cleaning up and came upstairs when my 10 year old niece came out with this look on her face. She was clearly upset and asked her what was wrong. She proceeded to tell me that she overheard the gentleman telling his partner I was a crazy lady and a b****. And saying all kinds of nasty things about me and our family. That to me was it! No one comes into my house and does that. So, we r once again without a couch, damaged ceiling, walls and dryer. I will not do business with them again. We have contacted the company and are waiting to see what will be done. But this is so wrong on so many levels.

Nice place with very large showroom. Friendly sales staff and they don't crowd you. Free coffee and plenty to see. Quality should be better for the price
