This is the 1st time I have purchased furniture from this company. We ordered it in the middle of October 2017. They said normally it would take 4-6 weeks but this was a popular item and it would be 8-10 weeks. We loved it so much we decided to wait that long. It has now been 17 weeks and we still don't have our furniture! The employees are very nice and have contacted me several times with updates but I just cannot believe this. They have been saying the fabric is on back order for the last two months. I called and asked for a manager after waiting over 2 months and she called me back about 8 hours later to let me know its still on back order. Now after another 2 months I called for an update and was told they will check on it and call me back. After 2 hours I had not heard from them so I called again and was told they are still looking into it. Unfortunately if it is not good news we will have to be refunded and go elsewhere. Very dissappointing !

Poor Quality Furniture! The furniture I bough here in the past was high quality, but not anymore. Padding in recliner started to move in several areas after 9 weeks just from normal sitting We don't even have kids pulling the padding or jumping on it. They came out and "fixed" it, but front of the chair sticks out 1 1/2" farther than the matching sofas They told me that the movement of the padding in the furniture is normal, it will just requires "regular maintenance". The spring in the recliner at the end of the couch now makes sounds when reclining. I wanted to send it back and get something better. They said no, that I already had the furniture for 11 weeks. If I had know it was going start coming apart in 11 weeks, I would have sent it back immediately.

Very pleased with the service I received from Jane. She didn't hover over us while we browsed and tried all the furniture, but was always nearby to answer our questions! No pressure shopping was unexpected and very welcome. We wanted time to sleep on it and she sent us off with a smile. I made sure to return to her when we were ready to finalize our purchase. She patiently allowed us to again perform the comfort test before attempting to write up the sale. I will be sure to return to JANE for future purchases!
