Nice selection of furniture. We love our reclining sofa and love seat that we purchased from them.

In regards to other reviews about lingering sales people:
Although it does seem as if the sales people on the floor linger near you when you'd probably want to browse for awhile alone, (could just be my personal preference), this did not detract from my experience.
At 45yrs old and having traveled the world for 20yrs in various shopping environments, I know what to expect in high-end retail stores. Similar to going to a new car dealership.
If you mentally prepare yourself before beginning your shopping, its all good. Shoppers should understand that management makes the rules and not the sales people themselves.
Mealey's has a great selection, the staff is very professional and helpful.

It is currently May. I ordered furniture in JANUARY and it has yet to be fully delivered. I ordered a full sized sofa, love seat, recliner, and two accent chairs. I currently have the sofa and love seat. Every time I call I get the run around.... "Let me send an email and see what's going on with the accent chairs. The recliner is still in our old warehouse. We'll get it delivered when it gets moved to the new warehouse." I have yet to have them call me back about anything. I continue to call once a week and get the same story every time.
Edit: I got the reply from "Customer Service", as you can see below. I did email them and I didn't hear back. I have called the Whitehall store directly several times. Still no furniture.....

My husband and I went to look at furniture at the Whitehall location. We were approached at least five times in the 15-20 minutes we were in the store by the same employee. We were followed everywhere we moved. At one point, the guy admitted when he came near us, “if it feels like I’m following and stalking you everywhere, that’s because I am. It’s management’s policy.” I was so flustered about being bothered so often that I couldn’t even relax and look at furniture. If you don’t mind being hounded, then this is the store for you. If you like to be able to look around in peace and ask questions at your own pace, go anywhere else. It was definitely the worst furniture store experience we’ve had by far. We certainly won’t be going back or giving them our business.

Nice looking furniture and I had a good customer service experience. However, the sales practice was like buying a car. The sale was because of "Excess Inventory" because they are moving their warehouse and furniture will be priced way below the overpriced sticker. A sofa I saw in another store for $650 Mealys had for nearly $2,000. They asked me for my best offer and they couldn't go below the price from the other store (I didn't tell them the competitors price). Waste of time but very professional sales person.

My wife and I had an amazing experience, at the Whitehall, PA location! We went in on 1/24/18, to look at furniture for our theater room. Our sales person, Chris, was fantastic. We explained what we were looking for, and the necessity to have delivery before Super Bowl weekend. He didn’t make promises, but told us he would check availability on pieces we were interested in, and check delivery availability. He let us shop the entire store, then helped research some pieces we were showing interest in. He helped us with financing, and delivery. The pieces arrived, as scheduled, and are beautiful, in my theater.
I was in retail and sales management for over 30 years, and this is the type of experience I wanted my teams to deliver!
Thank you, Chris, the delivery team, and Mealeys! You have a new customer, who will return!
