Overall a good experience. Delivery coordination could have been a little better, but again, overall they did a good job, set everything up, moved furniture into position and repositioned as requested. Took all packing materials with them. The sales people were helpful and knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. They left us alone to browse and were there when we needed their help (much better than hovering!). I would buy from them again.

Went to look at couches. John from the Whitehall store was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. No preasure at all. He helped me pick what fits my needs. Would recommend

We were Looking to buy furniture for our living room. First went to Ashley furniture store. there Bad customer service then went to your store in Whitehall. And was greeted by Frank as soon as we walked in. He offered us cold bottles of water and directed us towards the recliner section. He gave us our space and once we were ready he approached us. Nice selection of recliner sofas . We got a great deal plus interest free financing for 2 years. Frank was great. Very happy with our experience. Thanks Frank

Nice clean store, furniture is nice, sales people are very friendly and nice and accommodating. Warranty support is not as friendly and helpful.
