NB Liebman Furniture

I am always 100% satisfied with NB Liebman furniture. My husband and I recently purchased furniture for our new 4 seasons room. Lynn Knight, sales representative and designer, spent three hours assisting us with our selection. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. She has a great personality and made our three hours in the showroom a wonderful experience. Jen in the credit office was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery team arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly hauled and arranged our purchases . We received a follow-up call from the customer service desk that same afternoon checking to see if we were satisfied with our purchases. I will continue to be a loyal NB Liebman customer. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

I purchased two couches from the discount section of NB Liebman and had them delivered. The salesman was very personable and did a great job getting us additional savings on top of the already discounted furniture. The delivery team was on-time, polite, and very quick. They got the furniture in, positioned, and gave some additional care information all in no-time. I will definitely shop here for furniture in the future.

Craig was a delight to work with. He was helpful and professional. I am so pleased with the credenza I purchased. The delivery men were on time and were very nice to move it to the exact spot I wanted it. I will definitely use NBLiebman the next time I look for furniture.

My husband and I have been shopping all day from furniture store to furniture store and finally decided to see what was available here. Walking in, Steven greeted us but seemed very uninterested in any business from us. He directed us to go upstairs and look around. After looking around and making our way back down the stairs we continued to look around at the bedroom sets. We were incredibly uncomfortable noticing a lot of looks and whispers to other coworkers from Steven and in general glances at us and yes we did hear the remarks made about us from the employees. He finally approached us and asked if there was anything we took interest to, I told him how beautiful the one set was but was hoping for more storage. He had no words but snarled at us. My husband thanked him and we walked out. We were completely prepared to purchase a bedroom set if we found one we loved that much but because of the treatment we received I'd rather pay double to another company and better service. Point being NB Liebman, get workers who aren't so cold, judgmental and are truly happy to help a person, couple or family make a better home. I work in customer service and was shocked with Stevens behavior.

They were kind and helpful - but not pushy. Our order was done within the estimated time frame and when it arrived they let me know right away. The gentlemen that delivered and assembled the bed frame we ordered worked impressively fast and were very kind.
