Auto Glass Now Virginia Beach

DO NOT believe the claim of lifetime warranty, they will come up with every excuse in the book not to honor it. My problem was the windshield leaked. After taking it back and getting the run-around, I took it elsewhere. That shop claimed the fault was improper installation. Yeah, they charged a little more, but now no leaks. Sometimes it is wiser to pay a little more for work done by professionals then going with the lowest bidder and ending up with work done by amateurs who do not know what they are doing. I will never give them my business even though they are within walking distance of my house.

The customer service was excellent . Wait time is exactly what they told me it would be. Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was treated nice that came I to shop. Would come back if I ever need any work

I came to Auto Glass Now Virginia Beach to get my window replaced last year in August after someone broke into my car. At the time the customer service was awesome and the wait time was quick, but the next year in May (now), my window just randomly went off of track and stop going up and down, but the motor was still energized. I took it to the dealership, Toyota Priority, where they informed me that they opened my door panel and the glass just dropped. They also found old broken glass at the bottom of the door where the person who fixed it before didn’t clean. Priority Toyota let us know that someone installed the window improperly and had rigged the repair. I called Auto Glass Now right away and a woman picked up the phone letting me know that Auto Glass Now don’t save customers information in their system. My wife then called the next day and a guy picked up and stated that he had found our information in their system and to bring the car in. Although our name was in the system, they told us that because we didn’t have a receipt to send to corporate for parts, they wouldn’t be able fix it. After taking a look at everything, they were able replace the window without charge.

What is the point of making an appointment here when they're not going to bring your vehicle back for almost 2 hours after? Most of the time I was here, Mike at the front was really snappy with everyone he spoke to. I was really uncomfortable while here and if the dealership wasn't paying for my windshield here, I would've gone elsewhere. I'd also like to edit to add that my state inspection sticker was torn after my windshield was replaced and I was stopped by a police officer because it was put on my new windshield in the wrong place.

They replaced a windshield in my 2014 Silverado the same day I called and for about 60$ cheaper than anywhere else. The staff in this location were very helpful and friendly. They had my glass replaced within an hour. Will use again.
