It's 7:58am, I call above number for help. We're heading to Seattle, but  vehicle message shows we need to change oil asap. Mike sends us to a  service center near to my hotel. Half an hour later, vehicle is serviced and we're able to continue our journey with a peaceful mind. What a great experience at Rock Springs.

I don't think so. Bob is great . I fly in and he remembered what car I liked!  Avis is wonderful and they attach their business card to the keys so you can reach them with any issue. Bad customer service I don't  think so!!1 Bob is great and so are his employees I have rented for four weeks and pleased each time!

Bad customer service and overall operation at lay here in rock springs, wy booked a car that was available on website just to find out when I needed it it was already booked, no one answers the phone or calls back, ended up having to get a hold of corporate to get refined and went to a competitor
