Car rental is in Jackson Hole and not on airport property. Always a wait to get your car but not any longer than any other agency. Cars are much cheaper at the agencies that are not at the airport. Car was nice and the price was right. Return was very quick and hassle free. They advertise shuttle to the airport as on demand. And while they did not jump up and whisk me away to the airport, the wait was very short. All in all a good rental experience.

The most horrible car rental experience ever. High pressure staff scaring their captive customers into purchasing every extra coverage and fuel possible! I've never seen car rental people so aggressive nor customers so blatantly stupid. Mine was the last flight into the airport that night and it was well over two hours before we received a vehicle. The parking lot was pitch dark and after having to hear their staff scaring everyone into purchasing every possible extra coverage the lack of lighting just added to an overall UNSAFE feeling. Will always rent at the airport from now on.

Worst rental car experience ever. Lied and cheated repeatedly. Booked online through our Emerald Club corporate acct. Called to verify wk before. Once there, they refused to honor our reservation as "independent franchisee", said I HAD to go off contract and pay additional $200/wk. No. Cancelled.
