Cory and Patti at the Hertz counter in Cody, WY could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. From the minute we arrived at Yellowstone airport to the minute we dropped the car off in Denver, we were immensely in awe of their hospitality and exceptional customer service. As a privately-owned Hertz franchise, both Cory and Patti take serious pride in their jobs. We assumed at least one of them must have been an owner. Having arrived from sunny Los Angeles, we were a little unsure about the icy roads, and Cory made sure we were in the safest car possible. As we return to California and continue to travel this country and rent cars along our journey, we are certain no rental car counter will compare to that tiny desk in Cody, WY. Thank you to Cory and Patti, and the entire Cody Hertz team for making our stay in Wyoming so seamlessly enjoyable. THANK YOU!

I rent from the Cody Hertz 5-10 times a year. They have ALWAYS given me the best service! They have come in early, prepped cars, been flexible with pickup times etc and are always super nice to me. My vehicles are always clean and as described or even better! I only rent here

Best customer service ever. There was a large discrepancy between the price we were quoted by Hertz online and the amount we were billed. When I noted that on the survey we received after the rental, the local manager contacted me, and ended up refunding the difference, along with an apology. Unheard of for a local office to take responsibility for a corporate mistake. I was very impressed.

Not only did we receive a very rude attitude when we arrived but this whole experience has been a complete disaster. We are currently fighting a false damage claim. I think it is disgusting that a company would run a scam such as this.

Rented from Hertz on our last trip to Yellowstone and our experience was awesome. I had booked the rental online for a Full Size car. When we got there, they gave a free upgrade to a SUV instead (we got a Subaru Outback). The car was quite new (less than 5k miles driven) and was in good condition. We loved the whole experience and would definitely go with a Hertz rental in this airport next time as well.
