Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They made it very easy to rent a car. The wait was not horrible.

Horrible Enterprise location. This is the third car that I've rented from them that had malfunctioning or worn out windshield wipers and / or the washer feature did not work. They clearly do not pay attention to their cars when they're being returned, or simply don't care. This being winter in Jackson Hole makes it absolutely vital that snow, mud, etc., can be cleared safely from a windshield purely for safety reasons. I've actually had to go to the NAPA store in Jackson and get parts for these cars. What a joke!

Loved my experience. Entire process was quick and easy thanks to Jenny, She was extremely helpful, gave us great service and advice as this was our 1st time in Jackson.

Great service! They upgraded me for free an economy car to a Jeep Compass (compact SUV), and since I'm completely not car savvy, it was a great move considering I was driving to Yellowstone. The staff were also very helpful in asking (and providing!) directions of where I was going, giving advice for best routes to avoid wildlife at that time of night, and even giving me a free can of bear spray when they learned that I was hiking alone. Also - great prices for a one way drop off, and the rental agency is in the airport so no need for a shuttle!
