I want to compliment Castle Rock in Alpine on their great customer service. I have had nothing but positive experiences there. As a single woman it is important to me to know that the staff and technicians are trustworthy and they have proven this to me time and again. On one occasion, my vehicle required work that would take more than a day to complete. The staff provided me with a loaner vehicle so that I could get to work the next day. My most recent experience occurred just today. I needed my winter tires swapped for my summer tires and since I had gotten the winter tires at Big O in Jackson, I thought they would swap the tires out for me. After arriving at 8 a.m. at Big O, as they instructed me to do, I found out I would have to wait for at least 4 hours before they could even start on my vehicle. I called Castle Rock and immediately got an appointment and a little over an hour later for the same price I would have paid Big O, my tires were swapped and I was out the door. Fantastic!! Will buy my next set of tires from Castle Rock! This is what good customer service looks like!

Worst place ever. Wanted to take all day to replace a valve stem in a rim that was already removed from the car. Plus wanted like 25 dollars to do it. Trained monkeys could do better. But twenty mins. Later thanks canyon auto diesel did it for free....I my self turn alot of wrenchs. Buyer beware. This is the kind of place that would take advantage of a unknowing female customer...

I have always had a great experience here. The staff go above and beyond to meet the customer needs. I trust the mechanics to give me accurate and honest inspection results and to take care of my vehicles.
