Hertz

I will begin by saying that any car rental agency will have it's good and well.. less than Ideal days. I am a corporate member of Hertz, Enterprise and National and have had great and horrible experiences with all. In this case I called to make a usual reservation, my travel through this branch will be once a month or so till fall. One might assume that to win/keep the business they would have tried to accommodate a discount of some sort. Sadly however, the rookie on the phone thought it would be a good time to gouge the pricing. Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying well for good service but to be double the price of the other rental companies in the same location for the same vehicle is a bit absurd. Until this branch understands what good business is all about, I will have to take my next 12 months of business elsewhere. I am sure they don't care though. :)

I am also being accused of causing damage to a vehicle that was returned in perfect condition (little dusty). They had their PurCo servicing company contact me with the accusations. When I asked PurCo to produce the check-in audit slip that proved it had no damage, they said they didn’t have one, how convenient! In reality I spent 5+ minutes talking to the out of state college student from Utah spending his summer working there, it was the most thorough inspection I have ever had a hertz airport drop-off, yet they claimed I simply dropped off the car and left without checking in. I also asked for surveillance footage to prove both that the car was returned in perfect condition and that the car was checked in by this gentlemen, but again, they don’t have access to it! How convenient! DO NOT RENT OR RETURN TO THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDS!

I agree with others who say this location will try to get you to pay for damage that occurs in the parking lot and that you did not do. Do NOT rent from here - do anything you can to avoid it.

Horrible experience!!! Rented a car last summer through third party. Angelina was pushing so offensive a upgrade than a their insurance and then she expects me to read entire terms and conditions like I am a attorney. She was so arrogant and when i asked for manager she tells me she can help me- because she is assistant manager.

Extremely helpful after being screwed by Enterprise. Had a vehicle for us immediately. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond.
