Avoyelles Hospital

They don't deserve a star but to write a review you have to put one. Well let me just say this place should of been shut down. They gave my grandfather the wrong medicine that almost killed him, my dad was brought in with serious medical issues and they did nothing about it, he was finally transferred to cabrini and they said a few minutes longer with no treatment he would of died. My daughter had X rays done on her finger 5 times an everytime they said it's sprung well X ray #6 I brought her to rapides and come to find out she had juvenile rumataorid arthritis and had to have surgery. Well tonight I brought my other daughter in and the doctor & nurse were very rude and the security officer was steady watching us. I didn't feel comfortable at all. This place is a joke, they not fit to take care of an animal. The attitudes are so bad!!!

I went there last night for a severe ear ache and the Dr on call was a Dr Ritter. The rudest Dr I have ever come in contact with knowing my ear was hurting he was very rough with my ear. He had the worst bedside manner. He asked me questions and he actually yelled at me. So I will never go back to this hospital again.

I went there for chest pain and anxiety attacks they gave me a tordal pill and sent me home this is the day service and the nite service is awesome they help me out good when i went there for the same problems
