Southwest Medical Center Emr

I needed some very important questions answered pretty much called all day,some of the ones I interacted with was friendly but I could tell some were a little agitated,but the one who stuck out was very rude,he name is Mrs,Linda he voice,her deamener was not good at all,I proceeded to tell her my situation and frustration, she begin to say something that was totally wrong and her response back to me was rude,so if theres training maybe she should go back to school for that,at the end of the day, disappointed and frustrated a sweet voice called me back her name was Mrs Patty she was a savior to my ears she answered all my guestions and push to do so much more,all this could of been handled if more would have took the time to care,I give this nice lady Mrs,Patty 20 stars Thank-you and God bless you
