For those of you who have given this place a poor review and received a response that they take your concerns seriously and to call them, GOOD LUCK GETTING IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE or getting a call back.

Absolutly HORRIBLE place!!! Please NEVER send your loved ones to Oceans Behavioral Hospital (McNeese Street location). Especially if they are Alzheimer's, Dementia or Parkinson's patients! They have no idea how to handle theses patients so they just over medicate them and keep them there the duration of their hold so they can milk medicare then discharged to die! I could go on and on and it would infuriate you and break your heart! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM WITH THE LIFE OF YOUR LOVED ONE!

Called to get information. was given the number to a facilitator who got my info and worked with them to get me in the system. over a month later no call backs, NOTHING. they ignored me. This was during a time I needed help during a very difficult month would not recommend

If you're a neglectful parent that was too afraid to get their feet wet by jumping in the pool, take no accaccountability for your poor decisions and ultimately want your kids mental health to get worse , send them to louisiana.
