Byrd Regional Hospital

The emergency room is super fast, doctors and staff are very nice and knowlagable.I had good experience, get treated under one hour!

My sister is in the ER with my toddler nephew and nerds help and they won't let me come back to help him. Both girls at the front are rude giving attitude and treating to call the police on me bc I want to talk to the supervisor.

This place is terrible. I went to the ER because I am pregnant and had falling down some stairs. After sitting me in a corner for 3 hours they then moved me to a room were I sat another hour for them to check my baby's heartrate and send me on my way. Never again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because one of the nurses was nice.

Where do I begin? Worse experience of our lives. My first grand baby was delivered here in 2004, I couldn't have asked for better. Fast forward to august 2017, 2nd grand baby on the way. My daughter went in because she was hurting. Not only was the staff RUDE and condescending, they emptied my daughter was faking it! A nurse checked her and told her she was not dilated, and sent her home. We drove straight to Alexandria to Cabrini hospital where REAL nurses are, my daughter delivered there in 45 minutes. What kind of horse and pony show are you running there? If I could give zero stars I would. The manager there is never available. I have called many times!

My mom came here to have my little brother because the previous hospital she was at was pretty bad, and she found this hospital to be perfect, the doctors were GREAT. considering it's pretty much the only hospital in Leesville, it's very exceptional.
